Meet Our Directors
Adriana Rodriguez
Director West Roxbury
Hi, my name is Adriana, I am the Director of our West Roxbury location. It is a pleasure to meet you and your family. I am eager to work collaboratively with you.
I grew up in a Puerto Rican household in Boston and have a deep-rooted connection to the community. In my free time, I enjoy refurbishing furniture, interior design, and dancing salsa and kizomba. However, my greatest joy is spending quality time with my family. I have a son named Valentino and a husband, Damon, who is currently serving in the military.
I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, from infants to grade school. My passion lies in witnessing children thrive and learn in a safe and nurturing environment. I strive to create such an atmosphere in all the programs I oversee.
Please know that I am here to support you and your family in any way possible. If you require assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out."
Janette Martinez
Director Needham
My name is Janette Martinez and I am a certified teacher with 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. My love for teaching began very early. Once I finished high school, I started my teaching career in Orlando, Florida in 1996. I went to school at Orlando Tech and received my CDA certificate. Throughout my career in education, my passion for child development has led me to be an assistant teacher, lead teacher, and director. Being fluent in Spanish has also given me the opportunity to be a lead teacher and behavior management specialist of a Spanish Immersion Preschool.
As an educator, my focus in the classroom is to develop and nurture a child's intrinsic love for learning, discovery, independence and sense of community.
However, my goal as a Director is to encourage everyone at the Learning Tree School, to grow in their social emotional development and work together as a team.
When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my 4 children and husband. I also enjoy music, dancing, and perform DIY projects around the house.
